Dirt quake

Quiet times at the moment in regards to riding. Weather has been shitty, cold, wet and uninspiring for weeks.

The first big event looming is Dirt Quake. I'm hoping to have the street scrambler running for it.

Birmingham National Motorcycle Museum

A croud of us headed down to the National Motorcycle Musuem in Birmingam on Saturday. Was a great days riding and a brilliant way to start off the riding season. A good group of us went - Me, TC, Ross, Nev, Will, Chris and Richard (plus his lass pillion). A proper mix of bikes too including a scooter!!

The museum was an orgy of classic british bikes, well worth a visit. On the way back we rode through Chatsworth House grounds which was fantastic and TC learned what a cattle grid feels like on a hardtail.....

Roll on Summer!!!

It was a lovely sunny clear day today.
Went over to squires to meet Ross Nev and Tom, to say it was a nice ride home would be a bit of a lie. I thought my head was gonna freeze to my helmet! Maybe open face wasn't the best choice today....

Tommy Trouble

Tom came over to mine on Saturday to scope out my new shed, and to have a sit and good look at the relic.
He has his engine issues resolved now on his XS, so its full steam ahead with his chop project.  He wanted to see how the bike sat with the TC Bro's Hardtail, fits him a treat, I'm sure you'll agree.

Shame I look like Donkey Kong sitting on it! I need to get it finished and on the road now. Its at the final hurdle, just the last furlong to go really!

But never been happier.  I went out on the bike last night to see Ronnie, he's doing alright and he can't wait to get down Matlock Bath very soon.

Came into work on it this morning as well, Lincoln Harley have rung me and they're taking it for its 10000 service today.  "330 quid please Ross" SMASH.  What a kick in the bollocks.
